As a Registered Home Manager, you do more than a job – you change lives.
- As a Home Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high standards of person-centred care, managing budgets effectively, and promoting financial sustainability.
- You will also work within legislation and maintain positive relationships with the Care Quality Commission and the Local Authority, supporting change and improvement initiatives, whilst ensuring care and kindness remains at the heart of all we do.
