Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for a Nursing Home Manager to work within my clients gorgeous care home in St Leonard on Sea and are currently looking for an experience manager to lead from the front and had a strong powerful manager to lead the teams.
About You:
- A passionate and dedicated Home Manager that likes to go that extra mile.
- To have an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or higher.
- MNC Pin is essential.
- Ability to listen, observe and take the right actions when needed.
- Excellent Communication Skills: both Written and Verbal
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of current dementia and elderly care.
- To be familiar with existing CQC regulations.
- Valid UK driving licence is essential.
Nursing Home Manager vacancy details:
- £55,000 - £60,000
- Full time, permanent contract
- 60 + residents
- Elderly and Dementia Care
- 'Good' Rated CQC on 4 areas.
Nursing Home Manager main duties:
- provide information, advice and support to residents, families and staff.
- help residents access local services.
- monitor business performance and quality of care.
- agree contracts, budgeting and fundraising.
- develop policies and keep private information confidential.
