Job Opportunity: Home Manager for National Care Organization

We are currently seeking a dedicated Home Manager to join a leading national care organization based in Perth. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
Position: Home Manager
Location: Perth
Salary: £63,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Manage budgets effectively, monitoring expenditure and identifying areas for cost-saving initiatives where possible.
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure the holistic care needs of residents are met.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Home Manager within a nursing home setting.
• A valid NMC PIN (Nursing and Midwifery Council) is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality care for the elderly.
