Are you an experienced Home Sales Advisor looking for a new opportunity with a new and upcoming House Builder based in the Yorkshire region?
Working for a large national house builder who have been established within the industry for a number of years. Working within the Sales team making sure that customers are receiving the highest quality of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Advisor you will help customers find their dream home by providing excellent customer service throughout the sale process.
- Demonstrate comprehensive local knowledge including amenities, schools, transport links and understand the competition.
- Have a thorough understanding of our products and pricing.
- Be able to effectively follow up enquiries and be able to convert to site visits.
- Be able to qualify customers, establishing their moving position and timescales, their needs and financial situation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Natural ability to engage and influence people.
- Motivated to work to demanding goals and targets.
- Excellent selling ability
- Full UK Driving licence and own transport.
