We are currently recruiting for a Home School Liaison to join a team in the Manchester area. We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of School Attendance Assistantwithin the Pastoral Team.

Details of this Home School Liaison Officer position and what the home is offering:

• A permanent contract working 35 hours per week

As Home School Liaison Officer, you will need to have good problem-solving skills to enable you to identify attendance barriers, you will be required to analyse data, and create tailored evidence-based strategies to enhance attendance rates.

• Be able to manage multiple complex priorities under pressure
• Be able to build and maintain good relationships with pupils, parents and carers, staff, schools and educational and safeguarding professionals
• Be able to manage their own time and work to deadlines
