Actual Salary £22,780.04 - £24,388.11 (37 hours a week, term time only)
We are seeking to recruit an inspiring Home School Link Worker (HSLW) to join our enthusiastic and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity to directly support students and staff at King Alfred’s Academy and to enhance the learning outcomes for our student body.
The role will be focused on improving the attendance and engagement with students and families that have significant difficulties maintaining attendance. This is an exciting opportunity for a colleague to work with and have a positive impact on the attendance and wellbeing of our most vulnerable learners.
