What we are looking for:
The position will require strong experience in private family law. You will need:
- Experience of working in a Family Solicitor position
- A focus on providing the best outcome for your clients, with a focus on mediation and resolution
- Ability to handle a busy a busy caseload
- Ideally management experience, or experience in supporting more junior members of staff
- Sound technical knowledge with strong negotiation skills
- Some areas you may work within will include; divorce, financial matters, annulments, cohabitation, pre and post-nuptial agreements, private children's law disputes, and more
