Homecare Nurse Supervisor

Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications for the role of Nurse Supervisor for established national homecare provider in North Dublin.

Working as part of an established team, the successful candidate will support the Area Service Manager to ensure excellence in care across all homecare and home support services. You will facilitate the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care through active participation in the introduction and ongoing review of homecare and home support services and act as a clinical lead in a designated area by providing clinical oversight on the delivery of homecare and home support services

This is a full time post working Monday-Friday. It is mainly office based with travel out to team and service users as required.

**Full drivers’ license with access to their own car is required**

To be considered for the role, interested applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Registered nurse on the active register of the NMBI
• Demonstrable clinical and administrative capacity with the ability to manage a team of carers?
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate excellent listening skill?
• Effective organisational skills and time management
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills?
• Ability to build and maintain relationships?, be adaptable and flexible?
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Have good Microsoft Office skills to include a working knowledge of other IT systems and spreadsheets?
• Effective time management skills.?
