Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for three Homeless Prevention Assistances to join our Homeless Services division at Wolverhampton Homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistant in providing housing / homeless advice and guidance to those who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
- Support in preventing and relieving homeless in line with the current homeless legislation.
- Operate a front-line homeless services duty to customers who are homeless / threatened with homelessness both face to face, over the telephone, by email or any other forms of communication, in a range of settings.
- Deal with both written and verbal communications from customers in relation to cases being managed by the Homeless Solutions Team.

- Are you able to demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations?
