Elevate are working in partnership with our valued client to appoint a Home-line Response Officer
As a Home-line Response Officer your role will consist of:
- Assisting provision of a 24 hour comprehensive emergency call system for the elderly, special needs and chronically sick clients.
- Responding to emergency calls / calls for assistance, this requires a visit to the service user's property.
- Carrying out necessary first aid to the service user, contacting an appropriate emergency/ welfare response team.
- Regular well being check ins and monitoring at the service users property, ensuring equipment is installed appropriately and checking for any medical changes.
- Ensuring all confidentual records of the service user are accuratly recorded and followiing up outcomes.
