Friends of Ibba Girls’ School (FIGS) is a UK charity which exists to raise funds and provide professional advice to support Ibba Girls’ Boarding School (IGBS), a community primary and secondary school for 360 girls in Western Equatoria State, South Sudan.
We are looking for a new Honorary Treasurer to join the FIGS Board of Trustees. We welcome applications from qualified accountants or equivalent who can provide strategic and practical financial skills and experience to manage the finances of this UK charity.
Role type: Voluntary and unremunerated (reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed)
Role function: Trustee, Honorary Treasurer & non-executive director
