This is a great opportunity to be able to work for a family run company who pride themselves on employee progression. You will need to be able to drive for this role. Our client is looking for someone who has experience within gardening and plant care.
Job Title: Horticultural Grower
Location: Spalding
Pay: £27,000 - £32,000 Per Annum, dependant on experience
Immediate Start
Some Responsibilities:
- Maintaining correct moisture levels of the crops.
- Crop trimming and spacing as required.
- Mixing / applying feeds and checking nutrient levels
- Monitoring of P&D in your area.
- Maintaining chemical and fertiliser inventories.
