AddressResponsibilities:
- Maintain gardens, including planting, pruning, and weeding.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, mulching, and hedge Cutting.
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools used in horticulture.
- Monitor plant health and identify and treat diseases or pests.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute Gardening projects.
We are based at Northleach which is 13 miles from Cheltenham, some form of transport will be necessary .
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in horticulture or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of plant species, growth habits, and care requirements.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and equipment.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address plant health issues or landscaping challenges.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks in various weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
