MediTalent are seeking an experienced Hospital Director/Executive Director to work for our client - a leading health care provider to work in their Private Hospital based in Reading.
As the Hospital Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hospital's operations and management of services/staff. You will provide strategic leadership, ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care, drive continuous improvement in quality outcomes and of hospital KPIs. Your primary goal will be to create an environment that promotes recovery, empowers patients, and supports the professional growth and development of our staff.
What our client is looking for:
• A Hospital Director with healthcare experience – however anyone with senior management experience within a hospital is encouraged to apply and take the next step in their career!
• Experience of commercial accountability for cost control and financial performance.
• Experience of making informed decisions sometimes in difficult circumstances
• Experience leading a diverse team of staff of various levels
• Confidence in communications and decisions
