SalaryRecruiting Linen Porters for Epsom General Hospital
Arriving at 06.45 to start work at 7am to check and count your linen stock for wards allocated to you and the team. The linen can be clean uniforms, towels, bed linen, surgical uniform. Checking your stock with a scanner and ensuring you have sufficient stock to place in wards linen cupboards. Delivery of stock will be by cages.
Checklists and stock must be accurate and checked as collected
MUST HAVE A DBS & SAFETY SHOES MUST BE WORK AT ALL TIMES
you may be asked to collect soiled linen which will be in a tied bag to deliver to the laundry
This position is 25 hours a week 7am to 12noon Tuesday to Saturday
