A Hospitality Manager is required for Hunters' large and prestigious client to look after a team of front of house, ensure food is served to 5 star presentation and to set up events.
You will need to have proven experience within the hospitality sector and have your own transport.
Hospitality Manager – About the role:
- Plan, prepare & quality check food standards
- Deliver & maintain a consistent service each day
- Overseeing & managing all hospitality events, including costings, service & setting up
- Responsible for day to day front of house staff
- Daily team briefs
- Proven background within a similar role
- Flexible to work out of hours as this is a senior position
- Happy to work weekends on a rota basis within the management team
- Outgoing & positive
