An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our amazing team at Badminton Place a beautiful all-inclusive luxury care home in Bristol.
We would love to hear from individuals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional food, dining, bar and beverage experience, who have a high level of attention to detail, and understand what outstanding customer service looks like. You will need a flexible approach to your working hours and some weekend working will be required.
This is a front of house position and as a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to both residents and guests. You will also assist to serve meals and drinks throughout the day to our residents, ensuring that their nutritional needs and any specific food requirements are met.
This is a supervisory role and therefore strong leadership and communication skills are essential. This role will include working alongside the events team to ensure the smooth running of planned events and activities and assisting where required. You will also devise staff rotas and ensure the smooth running of shifts.

Job Details
- Contracted Hours: 40h per week
- Shifts between 09:00 - 18:00 (+/- an hour depending on events)
- 5 days a week
- Every other weekend working
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management
- Experience with stock, rota, and team management
- Knowledge of basic food preparation
- You must have excellent customer service
- Highest personal hygiene standards
- You must have very good communication skills, and be a great team player
- You must have the Right to Work in the UK
Due to the nature of the role, this position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
