About the Role: As a Hospitality Manager, you'll oversee the operations of their prestigious facilities in Central London, setting the standard for service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Operations Director, your role includes:

• Team Management: Lead and inspire your team to ensure seamless operations.
• Training & Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Client Relations: Build strong client relationships and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team and understand sales forecasts.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, procurement, and maintain health & safety standards.

What's Needed?

• Experience: At least 3 years in a high-end client-facing role.
• Skills: Proficiency in H&S regulations, Facilities Management, budget management, and MS Office Suite.
