What you'll be doing

⦁ Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Aramark
⦁ Perform basic food preparation and made to order services including hot food in line with Aramark brand standards
⦁ Take payment and keep financial records as required
⦁ Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
⦁ Clean back of house areas, crockery and cutlery using equipment when trained to do so
⦁ Clean and tidy counter, light equipment, public areas
⦁ Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the course of the work
⦁ Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements

Experience

• A DBS check will be required to complete the application process
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is desirable
• Must be over 18 due to the role involving working in bars
• Must be flexible to work in all areas of the business if required
• Excellent customer service skills
