Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Assessor award!
Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout Kent and Essex
Salary: up to £28,000 (Depending on experience)

Essential Criteria:
- Must have experience of working within Front of House Hospitality at Management level (e.g. Food and Beverage; Housekeeping; Reception and Reservations etc.)
- Experience of delivering staff training is highly desirable.
- Ideally hold own NVQ in Hospitality.
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
- Deliver full Apprenticeships in Hospitality Manager Level 4 (Front of House Specialism).
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
- Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and some face-to-face learning).
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Personal Skills:
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
