What you will do as a Hotel Ambassador Host/Hostess

Through your natural charm and warm personality, you will interact and engage with our guests throughout their stay, creating long-lasting and memorable experiences. Daily tasks will be centred around guest interaction and elevating their experience with us, including welcoming them upon arrival to the hotel, directing them to our bars and restaurants, assisting with reservations, and making recommendations based on their preferences. You will connect with our guests, anticipating their every need through the personal relationships you create using your excellent interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a similar role is not required, but it is essential that you are strongly committed to creating engaging, warm and meaningful relationships and have a natural ability to connect with others.
