Duty Manager
We are currently recruiting a Duty Manager to strengthen our management team. The right candidate will work alongside the Hotels Food & Beverage Manager, ensuring the efficient and effective management approach to deliver great customer service and deliver seamless service. Candidates must be organised, committed to delivering excellence at all times, able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, work well as part of a team and able to lead a team of staff and have at least 1 years experience in a similar high standard establishment.
We are looking for someone with the passion and drive to ensure our guests have a fantastic stay whilst with us.
** Salary is negotiable dependent on candidates experience, and can be discussed during the interview process. **
Duties
Your day to day duties will include:
· Daily running of the allocated shifts
· Planning well so service runs smoothly working alongside the kitchen team
· Ensure staff are always motivated to do their best
· Hours will include working shifts on a 5 out of 7 day basis. Shifts will also included working weekends.
