Duty Manager Position
A fantastic opportunity to join our well-established team at Windermere Boutique Hotel. The role of Duty Manager is one that is primarily focused helping to run our small Boutique Hotel, engaging with our guests and maintaining our high levels of customer service, taking forward bookings, along with checking in and checking out guests. There will be light catering duties. This is a LIVE OUT position, however approximately 2 sleepovers per week will be required. We provide a Work Pension after a qualifying period.
You will need to:
Ideally have Duty Management experience or equivalent however for the right candidate full training will be given. Be a fantastic problem solver with a caring, supportive attitude have impeccable attention to detail, organisation, and high standards.
Have excellent verbal and written English along with competent computer skills are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent £28,000 to £31,000 per annum depending on experience. 28 days paid Holidays
