The Successful candidate must have at least three years management experience in bar/restaurant/hotel environment, have a passion for the hospitality business, and currently working in a similar role.
Candidates must have previous experience of a management or supervisory position in a customer service role.
Applicants should be flexible to work day shifts/evenings/weekends.
Must be a good team member, outgoing, confident and friendly.
Capable of overseeing the running of the hotels food/beverage /accommodation/functions in the absence of management.
All Candidates must be either living within commutable distance, or plan to relocate. No accommodation is available for the successful candidate.
Approx. up to 40 hours per week
