The Windermere, London is a boutique hotel in Pimlico (SW1).
We are currently seeking a warm and inviting Front Office / Reservations agent to join our friendly team.
The role is interesting and varied, and includes reservations, which is done in tandem at our Front Office.
Working Hours: average 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Sun).
Monthly rota. Afternoon shifts (e.g. 2:30pm - 10pm).
Opportunity for extra hours.
Responsibilities:
- Check-ins / Check-outs
- Reservations
- Taking Payments
- Answering emails and phones
- Responding to customer needs in a timely manner
- Consistently offering friendly service
- Maintaining accurate records and lists (e.g. housekeeping, rooming, payments)
Your experience and skills:
- Previous experience in hotel reception, reservations, Front Office, or similar role/environment is necessary.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Guest focused personality
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Training will be provided on site. You must have the right to work (full time & without restriction) and live in the UK.
