Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Creating daily schedules for the Housekeepers

- Checking clean rooms

- Good people management skills required

- Ideally existing knowledge of a PMS system (we use RMS Cloud) to monitor and change the status of the rooms

Help the housekeepers to:
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock amenities
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: From £11.60 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
