Hotel Night Team Member (Reception, Cafe, Porter)

As a dedicated Night Porter / Team Member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, safe and enjoyable experience for our guests during their overnight stay.

Responsibilities:

• Be the ultimate ambassador for both Kabannas and your incredible city.
• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests during late check-ins and deal with any queries overnight.
• Assist with general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Prepare and serve basic food and beverage items during the overnight cafe service.
• Support breakfast setup and preparation for the next day.
• Ensure security and safety by monitoring the premises and performing regular patrols and compliance checks.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and complete any necessary administration.

• We're Hiring:

We welcome both full-time and part-time roles, with a minimum of 15 hours per week.

You have:
✅ Strong communication and service skills to assist guests effectively.
✅ Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.

✅ Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Ability to work independently and handle situations calmly and responsibly.

✅ You must have the right to work in the UK for this role.

✅ Experience in a customer facing role or general hospitality.

Previous experience in a night porter or overnight reception role preferred.
