As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will support the General Manager with the day to day running of hotel. You’ll lead a team across a multitude of departments, ensuring operations run smoothly.  Focussing on training & development of the team you will also continually look at ways to make any improvements across the property and in particular, driving the F&B offering.

Hampshire Court has 90 bedrooms, a choice of stylish restaurants and excellent leisure facilities including two pools, five indoor tennis courts, and a relaxing Elemis spa.

What will I do?

• Ensure guest experience is to a high standard across various departments, including, reception and food & beverage 
• Drive the food & beverage across the property
• Lead your team, providing ongoing training, development and engagement 
• Oversee the day-to-day commercial aspect of the hotel, driving revenue – profitability and taking a hands-on approach to ensuring the success of the hotel 
• Stand in for the General Manager in their absence 

Is this the role for me? 

• Previous Operations Management experience or equivalent within a hotel setting, 4* as a minimum
• Proven food & beverage management background 
• Strong people manager, leading from the front and by example
• Passion for exceptional customer service 
• Confident and professional at all times
• Commercially driven
• Able to work in a changing environment as no two days will be the same!
• Ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure
