We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Make reservations for guests and ensure accurate booking information
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of hotel operations and services
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
