As Hotel Receptionist, you will need to befriendly, sales-driven and confident. You will take pride in your work and willensure that each of our guests has the best experience possible.
This is a Full time position (39 hours perweek) and will be located at The Berkeley Square Hotel.
Key information for the Hotel Receptionist position:
Salary: £23,500 per annum plus uncapped bonuses (on averagearound £80-£100 extra per month, however the uncapped nature of the bonus meansthat our top performers can expect to take home even more than this)
Hours: 39 hours per week worked to a rota that will include evening and weekend work (youwill have between 1 weekend in 3 off)
Shift times: 5 shifts per week, comprising a combination of earlyshifts (approx. 7am - 3pm) and late shifts (approx. 2pm - 10pm)
Overtime: Agreed overtimeis paid at a rate of £12 per hour. Non-agreed overtime is not paid, but may betaken as time in lieu with the agreement of your manager. There is also the option to cover Night Receptionist overnight work on occasion - this would be paid at a rate of £15 per hour - this is not a requirement for this role and you will have freedom to accept these shifts or not as you would like.

What youll be doing as Hotel Receptionist:
Reporting to the Hotel Assistant Manager, youwill be involved in:
- Delivering excellent customer service for our guests no day is the same!
- Making room sales and meeting sales targets
- Checking guests in and out taking payments and processing correctly
- Handling guest enquiries and helping our guests have the best stay possible
- Admin duties
This is not a role that can be workedremotely, so successful applicants need to be able to work within the chosenhotel.
