Learn the Hotel software, self initiative, hard working, communication skills, reliable and who can perform the following duties.
· Working with the front desk
· Handling the customer complaint
· Daily reconciliation, price comparison
· Help the management to review the operation smoothly
· Pricing/Room rate
· Prepare the sales report, and reconcile all bookings from travel agencies
· Dealing with customers and resolve the problem
· Filling, and organizing the office record
· Co-ordination with other Hotel staff
· Co-ordinate and give training to other staff
· Knowing future planning in promotions, common sense work, we are looking someone who likes challenges.
Training will be provided to the right candidate
