We are looking for an enthusiastic and lively person to join our reception team as

Receptionist

at the Diglis House Hotel.

Centrally located in Worcester, on the banks of the River Severn overlooked by the Cathedral, this country house hotel in the city, is a fun and friendly place to work. The hotel has 33 individually styled bedrooms, a busy food and beverage department and we are an award-winning wedding venue.

The candidate we are looking for must have hospitality training with at least 1 years’ experience on a busy Reception desk. With all the usual reception duties, you should be a natural communicator and possess an eye for detail. You must be able to maintain a professional manner and demonstrate ‘going the extra mile’. Your personality and attitude are important qualities, and you must have a real passion for delivering customer service on a consistent basis. Duties include reservations, meeting and greeting guests and cash handling on a shift pattern to include weekends. Shifts are typically 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm with some middle shifts. Rezlynx trained would be an advantage.

Zero hour/ part time contract through helping cover weekends, evenings or holidays. Open to discuss.

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
