The client forms part of the Heritage Attractions Group who own & operate a range of landmark sites throughout Great Britain.
We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist for this famous landmark Hotel.
Applicants must live locally and own a mode of transport.

You will need to have.
- A positive and welcoming attitude to guests and colleagues.
- To deal with and revert incoming information accurately.
- Managing the booking process ensuring all relevant details are taken and the guest journey is personalised.
- Recent experience as a Hotel Receptionist
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
- A neat appearance (hair and fingernails) and adherence to uniform requirements.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Be comfortable when working alone.
The Front Office Team takes pride in creating a guest experience that is original, memorable, and one-of-a-kind. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel. Offering the guests that first warm welcome as they check-in and ensuring that our guests are consistently offered phenomenal service throughout the duration of their stay.
