An impressive 3 star hotel and conference centre located on the University of Stirling campus.

40 hours over a 5 day shift pattern.

We at the Stirling Court Hotel are looking for a cheerful and outgoing person, with strong people and team player skills to join the team in our high volume and popular hotel on the stunning university campus.

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Job Description:

You will be welcoming our customers, allocating rooms, checking them in and out of the hotel and listening to and managing any requests.

The role involves cash handling, balancing finances, answering and directing telephone calls, reserving rooms and full administrative duties.

You will be a providing a friendly, polite and reliable service and should have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout.

Ongoing training is offered; therefore you must be highly focused with a willingness to succeed and deliver consistently great service.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for candidates who can ensure that every customer who stays with us has a great experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

To be considered you will be:

* Proficient in Microsoft office packages – Word, Excel and Outlook

* Able to work efficiently under pressure and in a customer facing role

* Capable of analysing and resolving problems

* Highly organised and able to prioritise and plan ahead with minimal supervision

* A good team player and able to communicate well with colleagues

* Flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
