Responsibilities
• Work alongside boarding house teams• Ensure pupils settle into school and house routines• Ensure pupils feel happy, content, and have their welfare needs met• Bring out the best in each pupil• Confidently handle IT-based admin• Deliver pastoral care to pupils• Work as part of a team• Combine efficiency with friendliness and genuine care• Experience in care-based industry and/or working with young people• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children
Requirements
• Experienced pastoral professionals• Confidence with IT-based admin• Strong communication skills• Experience in care-based industry and/or working with young people• Willing to undergo full screening• Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check
