We’re looking for driven, positive and enthusiastic people to join our team at Rabble. Whilst experience is preferred for this role, it isn’t essential. Step into Rabble, an effortlessly hip bar and restaurant with ten stylish boutique hotel rooms located in the heart of the city.
We’re also home to a buzzing bar and restaurant, open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night drinks with a bit of dancing thrown in too. About the role…
We are looking for Housekeepers to join our team.
As a Housekeeper in our business, your responsibilities will include…
- Being a face within the business, you will be on first point of contact for customer queries and complaints from the rooms.
- Managing and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness within the rooms.
- Ensuring the upkeep of rooms
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the management team
- Assist in the stock control of room items
- Complying with all health, safety and fire checks and regulations
- Assisting with front office operations including check-in and check-out of hotel residents when required.
- Helping us ensure that EVERY guest has an amazing experience
- All other responsibilities required from the senior management team.
An ideal Housekeeper will…
- Have previous experience in a similar sized property.
- Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career.
- Have strong leadership skills, the ability to be able to lead a team to the desired results.
- Have integrity!
- Be driven and focussed on first class standards across every aspect of the operation.
- Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Have excellent personal presentation and be consummately professional at all times.
- Be self-motivated, have the ability to work under pressure whilst remaining positive.
- Be creative in problem-solving and have excellent verbal and written communication.
- Have the ability to take direction and work well with a team.
- Show the upmost integrity at all times!
