Housekeeper

Oban Holiday Park, is a picturesque and thriving holiday destination located on the breathtaking west coast of Scotland, only a few miles from the bustling town of Oban. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Housekeeper to join our dynamic and dedicated team. Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all guest accommodations including lodges, caravans & glamping pods.
• Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, including reception, laundry/back of house facilities, and public toilet & shower blocks.
• Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock amenities to maintain a high standard of guest comfort.
• Perform ongoing laundry room tasks, replenish stock and inventory as required
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs and promptly report them to the management team.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals, manual handling use of personal protective equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team and efficiently manage time.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.
