SalaryAn opportunity has arisen to work with an established family in Lancashire, on the Fylde Coast, which seeks a Housekeeper whose main role will be cleaning a heritage property and keeping their primary residence maintained to the highest standards.
The successful candidate should have a gentle and pleasant nature, delight in working in a beautiful and peaceful rural setting as part of a small team, be dedicated and professional and have an eye for detail.
The Housekeeper will perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and general cleaning. There may be a requirement for ironing. Periodically, deep cleans such as windows, light fittings and storage areas will be required. This is a hands on cleaning role and experience of working in a similar environment is preferred.
Their significant house is currently maintained to an immaculate standard and the successful candidate will be expected to integrate with the family who are in residence frequently.
Utmost discretion, trustworthiness and politeness are expected and a long term role with additional benefits will be offered to the right candidate which may include visits for work to the family's other homes.
The successful candidate should live within 10 miles of the Fylde Coast and the role is part time at the outset with additional paid holidays available, making the role highly attractive.
