As a Housekeeping Team Leader you will support our Housekeeping leadership team to guide and train our team members, ensuring that a 5* level of service is being met across the Hotel. You will be making sure that our room scores are consistently high, training any new starters and managing the team in the absence of a Housekeeping Manager.

Joining us as a Housekeeping Team Leader, we are looking for someone who has…

• Supervisory or management experience within a Housekeeping Team of a 4 or 5* Hotel
• Experience working with Hotel systems, confident in both working on the computer and getting stuck in to cleaning rooms as and when needed
• Passion for developing and guiding team members, you will be someone who thrives in making sure people are achieving their best!
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
