Housekeeper with accommodation

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within our 50 bed hostel in Applecross, north west Highlands. If you love the outdoors, a peaceful environment, like to be busy, enjoy working in a hospitality setting, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Restock supplies in rooms and common areas
- Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills:
- Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience in hospitality establishment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards
- Friendly and personable
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
