Location: West Worthing, West Sussex
Salary: Up to £12.01 per hour
Contract: Bank & part-time available, alternative weekends required, Hours: 8am-2pm

If you have a passion for cleaning and bringing a smile to people's faces then we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for experienced housekeepers to join our team at our Caer Gwent home. Guild Care is Worthing’s most established Social Care charity and one of the largest employers in the area.

Essential Qualities:
-A compassionate and caring approach to providing emotional support.
-Good communication skills with the ability to actively listen to clients and their families.
-Quick thinking and problem-solving skills for unexpected challenges.
-Accurate and timely recording of information and care provided.
-Understanding and adherence to health and safety protocols.
-Good time management to efficiently fulfil all responsibilities.
-Team player with a caring and respectful nature.
-Awareness and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds and beliefs.
-Satisfactory DBS Check.

Desirable Qualifications:
-Experience working with older people or people living with dementia.
-Evidence of COSHH training.
