SalaryOur friendly team at Meallmore are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to join them in Leven Beach Care Home. Located on the promenade of the seaside town, Leven Beach enjoys picturesque views across the Firth of Forth, adding to the charm of its location. Our purpose-built Care Home provides high quality, personalised nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia and its related conditions.

Your role as a Meallmore Housekeeping Assistant will include:
- Cleaning the bedrooms and bathrooms for the elderly residents of our 52-bed Care Home also communal areas
- Vacuum rooms and corridors
- Dispose of waste accordingly
- Change and replenish towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
- Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis completion of cleaning schedules
Qualifications and skills:
- Positive attitude
- A driven individual that can use their own initiative
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
- Flexible and reliable
- Experience working within Care Homes, Hospitality, Schools or Commercial (Desirable but not essential)

Salary: £11.50 per hour + benefits + overtime
Hours: 16 hours per week working 3pm – 7 pm, (4 evenings per week) including alternative weekends.
