Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in the hotel or hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of our establishment.
Duties
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in housekeeping management assistant, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
