We pride ourselves on hiring the best people, and recognise the importance and benefits of a diverse and inclusive team. So all colleagues are required to undergo an Enhanced criminal records check (known as a DBS), which we will pay for. You will be required to provide a 5 year address history and ID documentation (ie British or Irish passport or birth certificate). If you have a conviction related to violence, drugs or safeguarding this could affect your application.
