SalaryWe are looking for an experienced hotel cleaner / house keeper and breakfast front of house server, for our small family run boutique hotel in Newington. Immediate start with training provided. Must speak English, be well presented, have good customer service skills and have an understanding of the hospitality industry.
Morning availability only. 7am -1pm. Weekend availability is a must
Duties will include -
- Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard
- Stripping and making beds
- Filling out cleaning sheets
- Re-stocking items and stock control
- Cleaning common areas
- Completing sign in sheets
- Opening Breakfast kitchen and setting up self service buffet
- Serving tea and coffee
- Re stocking Buffet table
- Cleaning down kitchen and breakfast restaurant
- The ability to work as part of a team and alone in essential
Training can also be provided on Reception for the correct candidate.
Breakfast service from 7am till 10.30am and House keeping shifts from 10am till 1/2pm, these shifts can be done together or separately as desired.
