Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are looking for experienced housekeeping attendants with positions available for immediate start.

At Aaron Wise, we operate six buildings that run as Serviced Apartments and Guest Houses in Cardiff City Center all on the same street.

We are establishing a new team within housekeeping, which will be responsible for undertaking cleaning rooms and possible public areas, along with deep cleaning tasks. Supporting other attendants when needed is a must. We are looking for someone with the right attitude who will be able to demonstrate good experience in cleaning and helping a small team.

Our office is central and just a 2-minute walk to all of our properties so you will meet with the whole team at the start of each shift. Your units for cleaning will be sent to an app on your phone where you can see your daily room assignments. You need to feel comfortable in using the app for starting and resolving your rooms. The Housekeeping team is supported by the Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Supervisor and external teams within the business such as Guest Relations and Maintenance, to ensure an outstanding experience for our guests.

Applicants must be fully flexible to work any day of the week.

Shifts between 09:50 am and 3:00 pm

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate so that they can clean rooms and apartments to our brand standards and within the recommended timeframes whilst following COSHH and H&S legislation.
