Housing Advisor - Repairs

I'm currently looking for a planner to join a housing association in Tamworth.
Pay: £15 - £17 Per Hour
Option: Hybrid
Contract Type: Ongoing Temp
JOB PURPOSE
You will be part of a team delivering maintenance services Borough wide. As part of a multi disciplinary maintenance team you will be responsible for the prioritisation, allocation and monitoring of repair work orders to operatives and contractors to ensure repairs are delivered efficiently. You will be expected to be an effective member of the team providing an exceptional service to all customers.
DUTIES
·Generating and prioritising works orders to allocate electronically to operatives, teams or agencies via the in-house computer system (Orchard Housing) and (Northgate)
·To monitor and ensure repairs are completed within agreed time scales.
·Facilitating repairs by contacting and arranging property access with tenants, operatives and agencies.
·Dealing with enquiries and complaints from customers (internal and external) and contractors by telephone, letter, and email and resolving issues.
·Processing orders and invoices using various systems to ensure that records of payments and commitments are accurate, up to date and reconciled.
·To provide accurate administrative, financial and statistical information to team leaders when required.
·Setting up and maintain files and records as necessary (computer and manual).
·Regularly undertake customer surveys and analyse results.
·To carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
