I am currently looking to recruit a Housing Assistant/Housing Officer for my local authority client to join their housing team on an interim basis.

Responsibilities

• Experience working within a Local Authority/Housing Association setting.
• Handling neighborhood disputes, tenant service issues, low level ASB/noise nuisance cases, and tenant enquiries efficiently
• Confident using Microsoft Office Package

Job Details:

• Contract Length: 3 months
• Negotiable Rates DOE
• Start Date: Immediate
• Working pattern: Initially in office, then Hybrid
