The Role:
A stable, cash rich Housing Main Contractor , who are in a period of significant growth are seeking a proactive, forward thinking Design Coordinator to join the team based in Salford. To work on large residential projects predominantly across the North West. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating similar schemes and have a stable track record of employment. You will assist the Senior Design Manager on all design related queries and will be client facing. The Candidate:
Ability to coordinate projects autonomously.
Degree qualified in construction or similar field.
Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience as a Design Coordinator.
