Dacorum Borough Council is a great place to work and it is a very exciting time to be joining our Housing Development Team. Demonstrating our commitment to building high-quality new homes, we have a vacancy within our team and recruiting for the Housing Development Senior Project Manager.
We are looking for someone with the skills and experience to contribute to the delivery of all aspects of the Council’s new build housing programme. You will have the opportunity to project manage a range of new initiatives from inception to completion. You will also assist the Head of Investment & Delivery in managing the team.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have proven experience of planning, procuring and delivering Housing Development projects and working with a range of construction consultants.
If you have strong organisational skills in contract and project management and have excellent time management and communication skills then we would love to hear from you.
You will work in collaboration with other services, and senior management to ensure that services are joined up appropriately and are aligned to the achievement of the Council’s aims and objectives to enable the delivery of high quality new affordable homes.
